Set of 2 Pairs: Hideaway Socks

Made in China. A great idea that was not properly thought out when manufacturing. There is no allowable stretch of the material figured into the sock. It is either impossible of VERY difficult to get over the ankle. My slender-legged wife finally got one sock on, but it pinched her leg so tightly, there is no way anyone can wear them if they can get them on. This product should be removed from the Bits & Pieces product offering. I did get a future purchase credit when I spoke to their customer service rep (located in India?).

When I saw this sock I thought it would be the perfect idea to hide cash. Wrong! The socks are sized to fit perhaps a small boy's leg (see the item photo provided by Bits & Pieces). The zipper prohibits any stretch to allow the socks to be put on. Even my wife (small foot and slender leg) could not wear these, they were so tight! The obvious fix is to allow for more material to be included at the zipper so that the sock can be put on and even worn comfortably. Don't waste your money. It will cost me too much to invest in paying return shipping costs, so in the trash they'll likely go (or maybe to Good Will's children's clothing department).
