Problem Resolved by Excellent Customer Service

We ordered this table and were excited when it arrived - however the side trays both had warped wood so that the felt inserts would not fit properly. We called customer service and they asked that we email them a picture - which I did (and a video). They responded immediately and apologized for the issue. They promptly sent me a new table - and the new one is what we had hoped for! We are very excited to use this puzzle table for the upcoming holidays. As other reviewers point out - be careful with the legs - they open outward - and the table is """"secure"""" when they are fully extended - but there is no real way to lock the legs in place when it is open - so you do need to be careful if you were to move the table when it is open. Still - overall the product looks great and we again want to thank the Bits and Pieces Customer service group for addressing our original concern. Have fun puzzling - we will!

I'm so glad I bought this puzzle table

Arrived very quickly and in perfect condition. I unfolded it, attached the handle and I was ready to go. You'll need a nice large area to set it up, I put mine in the guest bedroom. Try not to put it where the legs might get bumped. The height is perfect for me to stand and work on puzzles and I'm 5'6"""". I added a floor lamp for task lighting; but I think two lamps would be better. The magnetic bar that holds the puzzle box is a wonderful feature, the picture is easy to see and the magnets really do hold it in place. The felt-covered removable boards are great but I don't see them working for more than a 500 piece puzzle although you could put puzzle pieces under the boards to allow you to work on larger puzzles but that will only work if your table won't need to be closed to hide the clutter and you would need a convenient place to put the boards so that all puzzle pieces will be visible. I plan to add a TV table at each end to hold the removable boards when I work on 1,000 piece puzzles. My only concern is that the center area feels a little weak when I'm pressing one puzzle piece into another so if children would be using this table, I would keep a close eye on them.

This fold out puzzle table is great. Very sturdy, folds up nicely at the end of the day. Easy to store. I put a piece of poster board in the middle only because I like to slide around my pieces when I'm working on a puzzle. Check your puzzle dimensions, you cannot do large rectangular puzzles on the board, they will not fit. However, the board will fit most puzzles. I use this table all the time, it's a puzzle doers dream!

It is a nice puzzle table. It keeps the cat from knocking pieces on the ground. It is sturdy and easy to use. It works well for 1000 piece puzzles, but is harder for 1500 piece puzzles without additional sorting bins or another table for sorting. It folds and is easily stored. Of note, someone complained about the legs not locking in another review. They do lock. I think that person wasn't opening the legs all the way. That same person also complained about the legs not locking. There is a metal pin that goes through a drill holes in the legs that logs them in place. I could see someone losing that piece though. Pay attention and don't throw it out.

I ordered this table and when we went to open it up, the one latch broke off. I emailed customer service asking if a new latch could be sent to me. They said they couldn't but ordered a new table for me. That table is perfect! Great customer service! You can't beat that kind of service. The puzzles they sell are challenging and fun too.

Great for leaving puzzle out and still being able to eat at the table! I bought one for myself and two for married children with cats who had given up doing puzzles. We all worked around mine at Christmas and then they took theirs home and they love them. Easy to set up. Pleasant style and color to leave up in living room. We had one oversized puzzle we had to do at another table but still used the B&P table to 'stage/separate' the pieces as we worked.

I bought this because I wanted to keep my cats away from the puzzle, and I didn't have a table big enough to do some of the puzzles that I had. This table so far is big enough for all the ones I have and also sturdy enough for working on puzzles for a long time. The flaps that close over it are great for keeping unwanted dust or any dirt off of the puzzle you are working on. I don't plan on transporting any of my puzzles anywhere, so I didn't attach the handle.

Nice concept in theory. Could be improved, however, with legs that lock in place when in use, otherwise it collapses when bumped, making it a hazard around young children. Having the legs lock in place when folded would also be an improvement, as they have a tendency to swing out when carrying the board to store it. Contrary to the description, the puzzle pieces DO NOT stick to the side boards when carrying and storing. Expected more for the outrageous price!

Very nice table, unfolds easily, good construction, nice hardware. It will work very well and will be easily stored when not in use. The felt on ours had a bubble under it about 2x 5 where I guess it wasn't glued properly. Customer service immediately ordered a new one to be shipped and put a return label in the mail....quite impressive! I'm confident the the replacement will be checked by the warehouse before it's shipped.

I paid for this because I have 7 cats and had to stop doing puzzles which I love to do because there were always pieces missing. This closes up nicely and keeps things together. I keep it up all the time in my living room since you can't carry it sideways and have things stay together. I tripped against it and the legs broke so now I keep it on a card table with a pretty quilt underneath to hide the table, problem solved and it is steadier now than the spindly legs. I do have to be very careful of the cats not jumping up on one of the arms when they are open, the hinge breaks immediately. It could be a little more solid made for the outrageous price. I bought a similar one that is not as fancy with no legs but it is smaller and does not hold all the pieces on the trays like I like. So it is beautiful, it does the job, but it could be steadier and sturdier.

I worked on this table at my mother-in-laws and am buying one myself. It has a rim that keeps pieces on board while working and is big enough for multiple people to work at once. This is a big plus for my family that likes to visit while they puzzle.It folds easily and was quickly up and down. A fun addition to a family tradition!

The surface is real nice to work on. I was disappointed to find out when I tried to store my puzzle as I put the table on it's side, my puzzle fell apart inside. Also the pieces on the two storage platforms fell off inside. They did not stay on the platforms when I carried the case by its handle. I thought the puzzle was supposed to stay together when I carried the case by the handle, and the pieces stored on the platforms would stay as I put them.

I did not think of this when I made the purchase. The table is a little tall for use with my regular chair. You cannot get to the sides of the puzzle where the fold outs are for extra pieces. I have resorted to putting the puzzle on cardboard inside the work surface so I can turn the puzzle in progress. I have back problems and I thought this would be a good for working puzzles. It is a nice unit but for me I would have been better off with one of the turntables on a nice card table. Also I find that working the puzzle I lean my hand/wrist against the edge of the table surface. Maybe putting some padding like a mouse pad would help.
