Dots Mini Wind Spinner

I was very pleasantly surprised when the spinners arrived as they seem larger (even tho they are 12"""" in diameter) than what I expected. The 'blade' style spinner I received is a different color than what is pictured, but the color(s) are just BEAUTIFUL, too. The center blade circle is fixed in place and the larger blade circle is the spinner. The 'dots' style spinner is really cute with 2 larger dot/circles that spin and the smaller center dot circle remains in a fixed position. I just got these yesterday and we're have winds today in San Francisco... and the spinners are SPINNING. (btw, I always add a tiny bit of lubricant where the spinners attach to the pole.) This is not a 'con', but be aware the backs of the spinners are not painted. I just laid the separate spinners back side up on paper and spray painted them a medium gold color. Since I had the spray paint in hand, I spray the black post a gold color too :) 10 minutes later, I plucked them down in the garden. For the price, these spinners are terrific!

Neither one of them spin.
